New Rose '22
Produced from the second cut of our signature Pelegrim NV blend, this cuvée is fermented in barrel using indigenous yeast, the wine was left for 10 months before blending and bottling with a small sulphur addition.
Wootton Top '21
A bright, clean wine, undisgorged made in the Col Fondo style. Macerated on skins for a long weekend and fermented in stainless steel tank with indigenous yeast, aged on lees for 9 months.
